Conde de San Cristóbal represents the uniqueness of all the plots of the Pago de Valdestremero from which the Tinto fino grapes with which it is made come. Very elegant, powerful and characterful wine in which the aromas of fresh fruit and mineral touches stand out.
Continental. The 2020 vintage will go down in history for being one of the most complex years. An autumn with generous rainfall and a warmer than normal February, caused the movement of the sap and, as a result, an advance of the sprouting of the vineyard of about 15-20 days. Spring and summer were marked by abundant rainfall, so planning and strategies for the work in the vineyard were key for the grape to reach the harvest in the best sanitary conditions. The ecological treatments applied were very effective, avoiding the loss of grapes. Maturation slowed down in September due to the drop in temperatures and rainfall, reaching its optimal maturation at the end of the month. This year, the defolation,
Disunned and the suppression of clusters, were key to achieving a perfect maturation and a good sanitary state.

No entiendo tu comentario negativo cuando hemos estado hablando y a quedado certificado con las fotos que te envié que yo no tengo la culpa de que allá llegado dañado sino que la culpa es de ups 😭😭
