Misleading info advert Falsification on invoice Can you tell me why you write 1.71ct in stead of the correct 0,57ct on the invoice? That is prosecutable. And why you try to hide this in advert?

This was an error in the title in the ad. But it is described in the Gema information that the correct weight is 0.57 ct ( https://www.catawiki.com/en/l/84082069-no-reserve-price-1-pcs-green-emerald-1-71-ct-istituto-gemmologico-italiano-igi ). It is also on the copy of the advertised certificate. This was not intentional. If you are not interested in purchasing, you can arrange a return so that your payment is fully refunded.

The quality is cheap… the shipping cost are 1/2 of what I pay!!! The estimated price is a really fake!!! I live in Swiss one of the most expensive places in the world!! And the ring is maximum 300€

The jewelry value is stipulated by Catawiki professionals, the evaluation is not our company's! The shipping cost is stated in the advertisement, you knew the shipping cost before finalizing the order!

The ring was really cheaply manufactured, a stone was missing from the start. Shipping costs where higher than the actual value of the lot. Can‘t recommend this at all. Very disapointing.

It`s disappointing that the ring I bought did`t have a stamp inside since that`s required by law. I knew it was`t issued a certificate for the stone and diamonds, but I expected the ring to be stamped

le problème c'est que la bague est tellement grossie que le rendu n est pas le même qu en réel. vraiment déçu.

Salve. Oggetto è bellissimo ❤️. Soltanto dovevo pagare altri 35 € per dogana Italiana. Non è giusto!!! La spedizione costava tanto. Più il contributo per Catawiki. Vorrei soltanto la spiegazione.
