One of the glasses is broken, so the set is worthless. I don't blame the seller, but I think that the shipment should be reimbursed.

Sir, I'm sorry to read your review. The set was professionally packed and it is indeed, as you've mentioned in our discussion, an issue with the transporter. Also, to call the set worthless is an exaggeration. It is now composed of 5 glasses and a beautiful glass molded tray which, might I add, you purchased for 5 euros. In view of the breakage, I have proposed to refund this amount which you have refused.
