Sohachi Kimura ( 1893-1958 ) was a Japanese painter ( classical and erotic style) , he worked on these plates in 1920-1930 ( maybe an order ) , he illustrated with his own style 48 positions of the Kamasutra , ink painting
Each plate has a title ( written in the right corner ) , a small drawing from an old Kamasutra's edition and numbered from 1 to 48.
2 sheets of presentation at the begining
12 sheets of commentaries and explanation of each position
7 plates on yellowed glossy paper with shemas of the 2 sexes
The last plate is interessant as it explains the 10 ways to grow female pubic hair.
The plates are in a violet envelope, all contained in a violet card slipcase with editor's name and title with Gold letters
The conditions stayed excellent, few opened
