Original publisher's portfolio, a paper-covered salmon chemise (170 x 235 mm) with paper label, cloth spine and cloth ties with 24 loose plates (160 x 225 mm), monochrome reproduction photographs ("phototypies"), printed recto on thick paper, each with photographer's credit; as issued. Twelve introductory sheets (folded, loose) with title page and with seven pages text in French by Pierre Bost; as issued.
Condition:
Inside clean with no marks. Photo plates with marginal foxing (mostly the white paper around, NOT the photos, also at the top and bottom edges); otherwise flawless (no bumps, tears or creases). Text pages fresh and flawless, only one (second last) page marginally foxed. Outside the portfolio with trace of use; very small tear at the top of the spine, outside stronger, inside marginally foxed. Overall fine condition.
Excellent, super rare portfolio - hard to find in any condition.
Most photographers are represented by two images, the exceptions being M. Gravot, Chevojun and André Vigneau, represented by a single image.

l'unica cosa che ti viene in mente con questo bellissimo libro, che hai ricevuto velocemente, in modo sicuro, adeguatamente assicurato e in ottime condizioni, è che le spese di spedizione sono alte? triste! e ingiusto! perché: 1. le spese di spedizione non le pago io, le paga il corriere 2. le spese di spedizione fanno parte del contratto che avete stipulato con catawiki. se non siete d'accordo, semplicemente non fate offerte 3. le spese di spedizione per questo tipo di trasporto (protezione al 100%, assicurazione al 100% + spedizione veloce) sono abbastanza normali in europa.
