A lovely exceptional large antique Chinese porcelain statue, depicting a Sancai Wenchang (immortal) or dignitary seated on a yellow glazed throne. Executed in a classical Kangxi yellow, green, aubergine black. Superb quality, worthy for display in a museum. Handcrafted in ancient China during the Qing dynasty, Kangxi period (1680-1690). On the backside an unglazed base, showing age and material. Guaranteed original and of the stated period.
Around the nose and on the chin original holes to attach (horse)hair.

Condition: The object is in overall good condition, a small restoration on the hand and the base and small flakes of the bottom and a hairline running over the back. The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.

The object had a much greater restoration than what was described. Seller also refused to send the receipt(as is his legal obligation) . Catawiki agrees with me and is also against him.He isnt serious

Diogo Telles Correia demands a VAT invoice, for the full amount of his purchase and is threatening with lawyers, negative feedback, etc. from the beginning. We're trying to understand his concerns (we can not issue an invoice for the full amount (including buyers premium etc)) and there is no VAT applicable (used goods) but he doesn't understand or think he's right because of his aggression. We're not doing business with you again, and will advise anyone to stay away from you.
