My watch worked for 10 days, then stopped. The seller gave arrogant replies about winding it, ignoring responsibility. Avoid this seller; they show no accountability for their watches.

If you prefer a watch that comes with a guarantee, we would prefer that you do not bid and buy one from a retail store or seller that provides this. If you think you have a valid claim, we welcome you to submit a formal claim with Catawiki and we will fulfil whatever obligation imposed on us by Catawiki.

I initially thought there was issue with my item but i messaged the seller and they gave me some information on operating the watch and all is good and working, in very good condition as described.

Very secured package. Came in a lovely box, Watch as described and works fine after battery change, the watch came with the backside off making the battery replacement very easy. Great service.
