Meerdere malen gevraagd om verklaring de hoge portokosten. Geen antwoord, of begreep mijn vraag niet of was te druk aan het werk. 59€ porto betaald, voor een pakje wat 18,00€ kostte. Onbetrouwbaar!!!

Bij ontvangst bleek 1 beeldje gebroken. Alle ander waren intact. Het beeldje was onvoldoende veilig ingepakt en kon in de verpakking heen en weer schuiven.
