Banksy (1974) - "ПТН ПНХ! (FCK PTN!)" in frame - Limited Edition

The lot was issued, stamped and canceled with a postmark on the day of its publication (24/02/2023), in the city of Borodianka, the place where Banksy created the work as can be seen from the attached photos.

It is particularly rare because, on the first day of issue, not many copies were issued in the city of Borodianka as happened in Kiev and other major Ukrainian cities.

The set is in "EXCELLENT" condition, it was elegantly framed in a black frame as soon as it was collected.

In reality the lot includes a total of 8 stamps (2 franked).

A true jewel for the most demanding collections.

This set consists of a sheet of six stamps authorized by Banksy, a postcard with a postage stamp and postmark of the city of Borodianka, and a limited edition envelope with a postage stamp and postmark of the city of Borodianka, the place where The work was completed and is now jealously guarded in a large case with armored glass.

Value that makes this lot even more unique is the letter envelope, which, on the back, presents the story of the last year of life of the Ukrainian people and the ultimate purpose of issuing this stamp which is to use the proceeds of the sale to help citizens who have lost everything except the hope of living in a better world than they do today.

Every stamp, postcard and envelope bears the authorized Banksy mark. On the stamp it is clearly visible on the right side while on the left side there is the Cyrillic writing "ПТН ПНХ!" of course it would be the FCK PTN! using an abbreviation.

Elegantly preserved and framed in a large 52.5 x 25.5 cm matte black frame.

Exactly one year since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, a year in which the civilian population has had the worst, counting thousands of people who have lost everything; men, women but above all children lost their lives under the bombings of Russia, the Ukrainian post office recalled this sad anniversary with the issue of a celebratory stamp which features a work, which has become an emblem of the Ukrainian resistance, by the most famous street artist present today in the world scene: Banksy.
Over the course of this horrible year, the artist from Bristol went several times to the places destroyed by the bombings, releasing his thoughts from time to time through the creation of various murals to communicate his dissent. The work chosen by the Ukrainian post office tells of all the strength and determination of the Ukrainian people in resisting the long and brutal attacks of an enemy who is too much bigger and armed than him.
The graffiti depicts a child in judo gear taking down an older black belt wrestler who closely resembles Vladimir Putin. It is no coincidence that, as is well known, the president of Russia is a well-known admirer and practitioner of these martial arts.

Tracked shipping via express courier.

Carefully packaged in a rigid wooden box to best preserve it during transport.

Nachdem das Bild geliefert worden ist, war ich sehr über die Qualität verärgert. Habe es dann bei einem Kunstexperten reingebracht und dieser hat mein Verdacht bestätigt.

Caro utente, l'oggetto è conforme alla descrizione. Purtroppo credo tu ti sia creato aspettative differenti. . Non hai voluto contattare catawiki ma chiedi i soldi a me. Davvero assurdo

Package not received! Contacted the seller but was not helpful. It seems that the postal service has a proof of delivery but with a fake signature on it and paper barely readable. No insurance taken.

mi hai contattato un mese dopo l'avvenuta consegna dicendo di non aver ricevuto nulla. Ti ho girato la conferma di ricevimento con la tua firma e lasci una recensione cattiva. Sei un signore, grazie

Alles heel vlot verlopen! Ik moet wel opletten in de toekomst. De verkoper krijgt 20 euro en ik betaal alles samen bijna 60 euro.... veilingkosten en verzending.
