I explained to the buyer and before the platform that this lot had already been sold on the same platform some time ago and the buyer asked to send another bottle from another harvest for the same price, to which I replied that I couldn't do it, as I had to be a higher value. Therefore, I resolved this situation with the platform and it refunded the amount paid by the buyer, I did not end up with a single euro in loss and I also do not tolerate disrespect, therefore I would never sell anything to this gentleman.
