This Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru comes from 30-year-old Pinot Noir vines. Far from failing to live up to the reputation of the estate that created it, this vosne-romanée displays exemplary suppleness and harmony. Its silky texture will melt with delight over time, making it a perfect match for tender, delicate dishes.
DOMAINE PRIEURÉ ROCH
Domaine Prieuré Roch, created in 1988, extends over 14 hectares along the Côte de Nuits, on a dozen climats. It was run by Henry-Frédéric Roch (died November 2018), grandson of Henry Leroy (founder of Maison Leroy). The methods applied are organic and favor very low yields. The wines are therefore of great finesse, and represent their respective climates as closely as possible.
