Rolex - Datejust “Red Thunderbird” - Ref.6309 - Herren - 1950-1959

So-called "Thunderbird", due to the U.S. Air Force demonstration flying team associated with this model in the first commercials in 1950's, the reference 6309 has the particularity to have a revolving bezel with attractive relief markers.
This present model is from 1952. It has an interesting patinated dial with the red writing "Datejust" and the rare "Roulette" date at 3, allowing to have even numbers in red and odd numbers in black.
In this combination, this watch is rare to find in good condition and will be a great addition to your collection.
