The new joint creation ‘BLÜTEZEIT’ is the perfect continuation of this special collaboration. The light-coloured, finely grained wood of the robinia refines the dry gin with floral, herbal and slightly spicy nuances. The colour of the distillate is brilliantly lemony and reflects the delicacy and elegance of the robinia blossom. This unique distillate was matured for twelve weeks in robinia barrels, creating the perfect balance of floral gin and the flavours of the wooden barrel and is the result of the deep attention to detail and craftsmanship of the Hamburg manufactory. When great craftsmanship meets a keen eye for detail, the result is a top-class handcrafted gin.
Exclusive creation made from 18 harmonised botanicals with floral, herbal and slightly spicy nuances - matured in specially made robinia wood barrels. As in all gins, juniper berries, corinader seeds and lemon peel are indispensable building blocks. The floral focus is emphasised by the robinia blossom, lavender, hibiscus and elderberry. The herbal, spicy but also fruity nuances are created by basil, rosemary, peppermint, rose petals, fresh apple and five other top-secret ingredients. The harmony of the distillate is perfectly supported by the fresh and spicy flavours from the barrel ageing in robinia. The finished distillate is bottled by hand, sealed with a natural cork and labelled with an individual number.

The bottle of 0.5 L capacity and 42% vol. is unopened and sealed to the corks around original. It is numbered 78.

The article was produced by the Hamburg Distilling Co. (Knut Hansen Dry Gin) in a number of only 1,500 bottles.
