This is a commemorative edition exclusively released for the 2nd Anniversary of Mermaid Bar by Holy Distillery and selected by the International Connoisseur Society of Taiwan, so it must be something really good and special! This collection is a two-bottle set of whisky aged in Hungarian Tokaj wine casks and is limited to 72 sets only. It consists of a bottle of Taiwan single malt and a Taiwan single grain. This bottle of Taiwan single grain whisky is distilled from locally grown award-winning rice harvested in Mizuho, Hualien which is known for its organic environment and ultimately the most important agricultural sector in Taiwan.

Holy Distillery is a multiple international award winning distillery from Taiwan that you might not know yet because it is relatively young and is more of a boutique and researching distillery unlike many others who were founded on a greater commercial scale with a purpose only to achieve greater sales.
