Wij geven niets om het feit dat het bod laag uitvalt, dat is het risico dus geen probleem. In dit geval was het pakket reeds op verzonden gezet en konden we de order niet terughalen. We hebben Catawiki om opheldering gevraagd en dat heeft wat langer geduurt, excuses daarvoor. Van vertraging vanwege een lager bod is nooit sprake geweest.
