The youngest vintages marketed by Maison DARTIGALONGUE have been aged for at least 15 years in 400-litre oak barrels. After 40 to 50 years of ageing in wood, they are then placed under glass, in demijohns (carboys), in order to preserve their taste qualities and stop the decrease in alcohol content. The oldest vintages are placed in the “Paradis”.
