I didn't say an arrival time because I don't know, I'm just passing on the information I received from the supplier. I fulfilled my delivery obligation within 3 days of the sale. The customer received the product within five days. So I don't feel the negative evaluation is justified!

We had a problem with the shipping but it was not the seller . At the end everything was fine! We found our cups and they are very nice. 👍
