Oxidation on the parts of the movement of a vintage watch are normal considering the age and fact that it has been worn by people (you cannot keep the air out for + 50 years). There is for example also patina on the dial, which is clearly shown in the pictures. The watch was also not offered as a new old stock watch, but as a vintage piece. If there are no problems with the functioning of the watch (which was the case), the oxidation is mostly a cosmetic issue which you as an owner mind or don't mind.
