Letter with text from Monticelli d'Ongina (Piacenza - p8) franked with three copies of the yellow 5 cents first issue addressed to Gallarate. The use of the first issue still in 1858 is interesting. Stamp in red Insufficient postage. Taxed on arrival with 5 manuscript and then deleted and replaced by 6.
The stamps are short on the left but an interesting document of postal history in correspondence between states. Uncommon
