Critic tasting note: (2015 vintage) "Shortbread and fresh Amalfi lemon zest on the wine's nose make for a promising opening. On the palate it is the pristine, bright and central shaft of lemon freshness that captures the attention. Everything—still slightly frothy but calming foam, the gently yeasty backdrop, the slender but generous body—coalesces around this lemony core. This is for adults only but is rather compelling. My Tasting: Great harmony between brioche and citrus fruit notes - very good acidity structure in the background - for discerning connoisseurs but also tempting for receiving friends 10/24- My recommendation - It can compete very well with its big brothers from Champagne. Limited quantity.
