Mixture of Lambic with an average age of 16 to 18 months and Merlot grapes. This latest blend, bottled in November 2022, was exceptionally made with Merlot (55%), Grenache Noir (35%) and Syrah (10%) grapes. Lambic is rightly regarded as the missing link between the world of wine and that of beer. With its grapes intended for wine production, Saint Lamvinus will only strengthen this bond. Beer with an intense fruit flavor and a beautiful, long aftertaste that recalls the common origin with the wine.
