The camera body and lenses are in overall good condition, with some noted issues that do not significantly impact functionality. 1. Asahi Pentax Spotmatic Camera Body (with Flash Shoe and original straps but no front cap) S/N: 1319671
Condition: Good, with minor wear consistent with age.
Functionality:
- shutter is working perfectly,
- blinds are in a perfect condition,
- not tested with film or battery
- only the highest speed may be slightly off but not a big deal.
- the shutter timer is ticking as it was his first use
- the frame counter is working
The battery cap is missing...
A sturdy and reliable vintage camera, ideal for manual photography enthusiasts.
2. Carl Zeiss Jena DDR Tessar 2.8/50mm Lens (no caps, mounted on the body) S/N: 10791387
Condition: Very good considering the age and the production capabilities of that time, minor scratches that does not affect the pictures and hardly seen on the photos.
Functionality: Tested with Pentax ES camera, the lens are great, with smooth focusing and good overall operation.
Image Quality: still delivers classic Carl Zeiss performance.
3. Pentacon Multi-Coating 2.8/29mm Lens (with front and rear original caps) S/N: 2570952
Condition: very good, with some small superficial scratches in the coating that do not affect image quality.
Functionality: Tested with Pentax ES camera, works flawlessly with smooth focusing and aperture controls.
Image Quality: Excellent, with no impact from the scratches on the coating.
Overall great condition and luckily no fungus or crazy stuff in both of them.
The lens filter from the pictures is not in a great condition, I've used it as a front lens cap.
