Inspired by the red-brown sour beers of Flanders, we added some different caramelized malts to our grain bill, in order to make a more vinous and dry version of those classical styles.

- L'Obscur (bd 03-05/2019)
The beer was aged for two years in two barrels, before blended with half a barrel of a wine made from sour cherries. The wine itself was also barrel-aged for about one year.

- L'Obscur Amarone barrel (bd 02/01/2020)
Barrel aged for twenty months in a 500 litre Amarone puncheon. Bottled January 2020.

- L'Obscur amaro (bd 01/02/2020)
We barrel-aged a red-brown sour beer for twenty months in an Amarone puncheon, before adding organic blood oranges and different bitter herbs as artichoke/cardoon leave, gentian root and wormwood. Bottled February 2020.
