Besides the standard version of the "Genetic Tales" vase, Andrea Branzi, in collaboration with Alessi, has also produced a limited edition of the vase, consisting of only 99 pieces.

This limited edition of the "Genetic Tales" vase is larger than the standard version and is often considered a more exclusive work of art. Each copy is numbered and signed by Andrea Branzi himself, making it a true collector's item for lovers of design and art.

The limited edition of the "Genetic Tales" vase retains the same distinctive organic shape and decorative elements as the standard version, but the larger size makes it an even more impressive and imposing piece. The limited edition adds to the exclusivity and value of this special creation.

Due to the limited availability and artistic nature of the limited edition "Genetic Tales" vase, it is a highly sought-after collector's item among design enthusiasts and collectors around the world.

"Genetic Tales"
This realisation stems from Andrea Branzi's interest in the relationship between genetics and design, between mass production and the infinite variations of the human race. Starting from the theme of genetic evolution, Andrea Branzi's research dealt with the idea of human infinity: in other words, the formation of crowds from pairs.

At the same time, the project took the form of a collection of twenty thousand vases for Alessi, decorated one by one with the design of a different face. The laws governing the distribution of man and object are implicitly juxtaposed here: the ability to infinitely multiply a 'thing' - a cultural dimension, technically outside the market - in fact belongs only to a mental space. Modern productive culture has stopped at the idea of series, but infinity can be a possible dimension once one allows it to be understood, revealing a fragment of an unlimited dimension. And yet, in both the human and the objective, within the indistinct panorama of the infinite, the individual retains his own identity, which identifies him and makes him unique among the many.

The object arrived in a reasonable time and matches the description. The shipping costs are crazy. I checked and they are almost 3 times the real postNL cost
