The signature and seal are “陵華 Ryoka”. ○Hashimoto Ryoka 橋本陵華(?-?)/  A Japanese painter active during the Meiji period.  Born in Kyoto.  Active in the Kyoto art world. There are stains and dirt due to aging. The mounting of the hanging scroll shows signs of aging, such as insect damage. This is an antique item.
