Impressive and highly decorative Victorian silver-plated cruet set with 6 crystal bottles. Round stand is raised on squat bun feet and has an O-form loop carry handle. The feet, edges and handle are trimmed with beaded borders.
The cut-glass bottles are decorated with cane and strawberry diamond patterns and have waisted girdled necks. The condiment containers include a lidded mustard pot with a long spoon, two pepper / salt shakers with ogee screw-on lids and three bottles with stoppers that can be used for oil, vinegar, chili and soy sauce.
Splendid, yet functional antique that will add elegance to any dinner table.

Very good antique condition. Some light wear to silvering and scuffing appropriate to age and use; tiny fleabites and nibbles to facets of glass; one of the shaker lids has cracks to it; two of the stoppers have losses to their internal pins; one bottle has losses to its rim.

I due candelabri sono appena arrivati e rispecchiano fedelmente la descrizione del venditore con in più che uno sembra leggermente storto rispetto alla verticale. Ho potuto rimontarli con facilità
