Lot of 53 Uncleaned Coins from Various Kingdoms and Eras, Spanning Almost a Millennium of History

This unique collection, sourced from the Jordanian desert, offers a rare opportunity for those looking to save time and shipping costs while acquiring coins from a historically significant region, commonly known as "The Holy Land."

All coins are uncleaned, varying in size and rulers, still covered with their original desert earthen deposits. Cleaning them is likely to reveal additional details and motifs.

The lot includes:

-Greek Seleucid and Nabatean coins (from various mints, including Damascus and Petra)
-Roman coins (from different mints and rulers, including those of Judaea)
-Byzantine coins

Provenance: Previously part of a private Canadian collection, established in the 1990s.
