Il corpo è pieno di ricordi di mora selvatica con tannini setosi e un finale lungo e gustoso con ricordi di cioccolato in polvere nel finale. Ideale con primi piatti e carni rosse come lepre e cinghiale. Prodotto in sole 2000 bottiglie dal maestro enologo Michel Rolland.

the color is dark blue. the nose is rich in hints of ripe red fruit and a chocolate finish. The body is full of flavors of wild blackberry with silky tannins and a long, tasty finish with flavors of chocolate powder in the finish. Ideal with first courses and red meats such as hare and wild boar. Produced in only 2000 bottles by the master winemaker Michel Rolland.
