This is a silversiglos from Lydia in Ancient Greece, ruled by the Kings of Persia, about 450-350 BC.
A good popular early silver coin from one of the most fascinating periods of ancient history.
The coin is in fairly good condition. It does have a test cut, and several bankers counter marks as shown, suggesting it was widely circulated in its time.
The coin comes with an old sellers ticket from Hafnia Coins of Copenhagen.
