Buon pomeriggio, Le lettere sono state spedite in una busta con bolle d'aria e avvolte in cartone, se fossero arrivate così danneggiate sarebbe stata colpa delle poste italiane, contattate l'azienda italiana che vi ha consegnato l'ordine e lamentatevi di quello che è successo a livello di imballaggio era più che protetto per la tua casa
