The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph features a 42mm stainless steel case surrounding a silver dial on a brand new rubber strap with a stainless steel deployant buckle. Just like every other Royal Oak, the Safari also has the 8 white gold screws in the bezel of the watch. Functions include hours, minutes, small-seconds, date, chronograph and tachymeter. The watch also measures 58.5mm from lug-to-lug and 14.3mm in thickness. A bit of its story: When the Royal Oak was introduced in 1972, the watch world didn’t really understand it.
