Our assumption was that the watch was not working as a result of shipping because the battery had moved. We offered you the quickest way to resolve the problem - go to a watchmaker and have the battery checked and, if necessary, replaced. This usually costs 10,00 to 15,00 Euro instead of 50,00 as you indicated. We will pay the cost of replacing the battery. Alternatively, we have offered to send the watch to us and our watchmaker will take care of replacing the battery if necessary.
