The Soviet warning sign - "Do not touch, deadly" was hung on the switchboard in order to warn about the deadly effect of electricity on a person. The plate is made of a quite thick sheet of steel coated with enamel, the back side of the steel sheet is covered with paint.
There are signs of rust, be aware of this.
