A partir de la cosecha 1995, Riscal selecciona manualmente las uvas para este gran vino con la instalación de mesas de selección. Riscal es la primera bodega que introduce este sistema en España marcando un hito en la elaboración de vinos tintos de calidad. A great wine that is at its point of maturation, balance and flavour. This wine is produced in a very limited way only in the great vintages, where the character of the vineyard, the soil and the variety are expressed, within a harmonious set.
