A encomenda chegou em bom estado. Todas as peças de madeira ( 14 ao todo) foram cuidadosamente embrulhadas e reforçadas encontrando -se todas intactas. Obrigada.

Seller did not pack the item properly and it arrived damaged beyond repair. Despite trying to contact seller several times, they have chosen to ignore my messages. Horrible experience.

The item (a holdall) was not as described. Fake instead of genuine leather and different color. Sent a message to the seller and got no response. Would never recommend.
