"The 2016 is a blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Graciano, with lesser parts Mazuelo and Garnacha, all hand-harvested from the best plots of vines around the villages of Villalba, Briones and Torremontalbo. From a long, warm and dry growing season, this is a rich, supple and remarkably complex release. Having had two years maturation in oak barrels followed by an additional two years before release, this is ready to drink already, however, it will evolve nicely with further cellaring."
