Corfinio is a digestive with a history spanning over a century, which is characterized by the intensity of the smells and the liveliness of the flavours, on a sweet structure, at 39°. Corfinio is obtained from the MIXING and DISTILLATION of 42 flowers, berries, seeds, herbs and roots, which were found at the time (1858) in the territory of Monte Majella in Abruzzo The Alembic is one of the protagonists of the production process that gives rise to the "Corfinio Liqueur". Subsequently, after having mixed the herbal distillate well with 90° alcohol, everything is added to the previously prepared product. For coloring, both a dye and saffron are used. In the next phase, after further mixing, the "Corfinio" is left to rest for at least 15 days, before being definitively bottled.
