The lamp is brand new, distributor stock. It comes with all their tags, documents, protections and boxes.
We pack very carefully inside another box with extra protection.

Bij uitpakken bleek de kap beschadigd. Er zit een deuk in de rand ; de stang van de lamp zat tegen de kap zonder enige beschermende piepschuim of ander materiaal. Ik heb meteen een bericht gestuurd.
