At the heart of this extraordinary table is a solid ash wood slab, finished with a rich chocolate-toned oil that enhances its natural beauty. Carefully selected and aged over the years, the wood showcases intricate grain patterns and subtle natural discolorations. A striking feature of this table is a small piece of metal, embedded in the wood decades ago—most likely a remnant from an old woodworking process. Over time, this fragment became part of the wood's history. When the slab was cut, the metal was revealed, exposing its internal structure and leaving a fascinating dark mark on the surface, adding to the table's unique story.
The natural cracks in the wood have been artistically filled with epoxy resin infused with metallic pigments, giving them a captivating blue shimmer. The tabletop measures 50x48 cm, providing an ideal surface for both decorative and practical use.
Standing at 48 cm in height, the table is supported by sleek black hairpin legs, combining modern elegance with the warmth of the wood. The edges of the table have been hand-sculpted to create a stunning three-dimensional texture, where lighter and darker shades blend together, reminiscent of exotic woods like zebrano.
Handcrafted in Roztocze, Poland, by skilled artisans, each table is a unique expression of nature’s story. It comes with a unique serial number and a certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing that no two pieces will ever be the same.
