unfortunately the customer doesn't know how it works when a package arrives damaged especially if it's made of glass and feels good, it shouldn't have been taken by the courier, as far as the money is concerned the customer doesn't understand how Catawiki works because I don't have the money but Catawiki does among other things he refunded you, before bidding you need to inform yourself well ok...
