Nose: Rich fruitcake, sticky toffee pudding, spicy dried fruit, french toast, honey roasted nuts, creamy fudge, rum and raisin, fruit and nut chocolate, ripe fig and marzipan.
Palate: Rich and spicy dried fruit, dundee cake soaked in sherry, toasted aromatic spices, raisin bread, runny honey, praline, toffee apple.
Finish: Dark honey on buttered brown toast, aromatic spices, baked apples stuffed with sultana, fruit and nut chocolate.
