This one comes from the original blocks and is reprinted just recently (2021) by publisher Unsodo.
The reflection in the water is amazing. Very much like Kawase Hasui.
Print comes in the original folder from Unsodo.
Shintaro Okazaki is a lesser known Shin Hanga artist who published with Unsodo in Kyoto. We have not been able yet to find any information about his life dates.
As you can see, it's in the style of Shiro Kasamatsu and Kawase Hasui.
The small cut in the corner is not a damage to the print but a guide known as ‘Kento’ to properly align the woodblocks used to apply each different colour.
