Breitling - 'Chronomat Evolution' - Automatic Chronograph - 750 Yellow Gold - Ref. No: B13356 - Herren - 2000-2010

Welcome to my Top Swiss Chronographs Boutique: Breitling S.A. was founded in 1884 by Léon Breitling. It's known for precision-made chronometers designed for aviators. The first Chronomat had a circular slide rule and its design followed the tension of the era for military watches. The movement of the first Chronomat was the Venus 175 with 17 jewels, a manual wind movement. The Chronomat was a patented design introduced in 1940 by Willy Breitling and the world's first two-pusher chronograph wristwatch. The first model of the Chronomat collection had a circular slide rule and its design followed the appeal and design cues of the era for military watches. In the 1940s, Breitling added a circular slide rule to the bezel of its Chronomat models. This bezel became most associated with the Navitimer, launched in 1954. Chronomat is a trademark and collection line first released in 1942 and is one of the company's best-selling models. The Chronomat Evolution is the current evolution of the company's flagship timepiece. As the leader of the Breitling Collection, the Chronomat rapidly asserted itself as the reference in the specialized field of mechanical chronographs. Originally created to equip the famous Frecce Tricolori flight team, the Chronomat has constantly evolved over the years, both technically and aesthetically. The Evolution version of the Chronomat is undoubtedly the most accomplished, with its generous, sophisticaed lines resulting from a subtle alchemist's blend of proportions and curves. Movement: - self-winding B13 calibre - certified Swiss chronometer C.O.S.C. - base: ETA-Valjoux 7750, the famous "workhorse" - power reserve 42 hours - 25 jewels - frequency: 28.800 vph, 4Hz Case: - 750 yellow gold/stainless steel, polished - 44mm excl. crown, 48mm incl. - thickness: 17mm Scratch-resistant, anti-reflective sapphire crystal Bezel: - 750 yellow gold/stainless steel - diver's 0 - 60 - unidirectional turning Crown: - 750 yellow gold - pull/push - screw-locked - special shape - two 750 yellow gold pushers Case-back: solid stainless-steel with engravings Dial: - black, looks sometimes blue because of anti-reflective coating - golden hour batons, window frame and logo - three golden chronograph sub-dials: 12 hours at 06:00 o'clock small seconds at 09:00 o'clock 30 min. counter at 12:00 o'clock - luminous hands and hour markers - minutes and seconds markers at outer rim - date window at 03:00 o'clock Bracelet: - gold/steel, polished - original Breitling 357D, S1605 - length ca 24cm - width: 22mm by lugs, 20mm by clasp Folding clasp: - polished stainless steel with logo Weight: 216 grams Water-resistant: 300meter/30ATM/1000feet, real diver High recognition value.
