The instrument remains in good ready to play condition with some small old repaired cracks on top and sides. The two pieces back measures 359 mm. The total length of the violin is 590 mm. Width of the upper bout: 169 mm; middle: 115 mm; lower: 210 mm.
Materials: very nice two piece softly flamed maple back and nice high grained spruce top. Golden-amber varnish. New boxwood set up, new bridge and new strings. The sound is very good, powerful, deep and rich, suitable for soloist. For any further questions feel free to contact me.
