3 bottles of Faustino I, 2 x the legendary 1982 vintage, winner of a gold medal in Bordeaux and one bottle of another legendary and unforgettable 1964 vintage. Elaboration: It remains for 16 months in cement vats where it completes the malolactic fermentation and stabilises. It matures between 24 and 30 months in 225 litre barrels (90% American oak, 10% French and Yugoslavian) with an average age of 15 to 16 years. Bottled in special frosted glass containers. A minimum of 36 months of ageing in bottle racks in the cellar's cellars before being marketed. 120,116 bottles produced.
