High grade Katana special order for high ranking Japanese Army officer. This katana is a special order for Noboru Miyata and worn in combat his name is on the blade. Wow what a great sword in original condition great mounting and perfect fit. Akimitsu whas a disciple of the famous  Akihide Kurihara. The swords made by Akimitsu are High grade. This Katana is is so beautiful and the hamon is stunning and very active. Japanese officers worn their swords alway's even in combat this is a sword in good condition. It has his original tassel.
