Disappointing to read this type of reaction. The plastic flakes were on the model, the model itself was secured on the base and stuck on it to prevent damage. That is the way how you transport these large built models. We always make pictures of how we pack the models. Im surprised not to have a email from you with pictures of the damage. And of course if there is a problem, contact the seller first to look at a solution. When damage happens, our standard solutions is to send the model back and the extra cost for shipping will be payed. Ou aim is to have the happy customer.
