This buyer is well known: Francesco Scannapieco, who always tries to buy LPs directly and after you refuse, he tries to get high discounts due to alleged defects, even with other sellers. If you offer him to take the Lp back, he suddenly doesn't want to do this. 11 days delivery time is of course complete nonsense, it was 5 days after the late payment from him until the parcel was on site! 23.50€ shipping costs for special cardboard, foils,,Lp-sleeve, antistatic foil quite normal.
