2009 G. Borgogno, Liste, 2007 Bel Colle Monvigliero, 2018 Alessandria Silvio Bricco Chiesa & 2005 Sella e - Piemont, Sardinien DOCG - 4 Flaschen (0,75 l)

Barolo Liste DOCG 2009 was born in the best vineyards of Borgogno, those that have always given the most elegant and fragrant Barolo Borgogno: cannubi, fossati, San Pietro delle viole, in the municipality of Barolo. Aged in the smallest casks of the winery, those that can enhance the elegance of Nebbiolo, which, after at least 3 years of aging, will become Barolo. A fine wine excellent with all the dishes and suitable for all companies. In the elegant case is a perfect gift idea for lovers of good wine. The company Bel Colle was founded in 1974 on the hill of chestnuts in Verduno, in the heart of the Langhe, from an idea and passion of the brothers Franco and Carlo Pontiglione and Giuseppe Priola. A reality that has always had the goal of producing quality wines respecting traditional customs and processes. In 2015, it was bought by the Bosio family, who renewed the winery’s technologies, without sacrificing tradition: steel vinification, aging of the great reds in large French oak barrels and Slavonia. Barolo Monvigliero comes from one of the best sub-areas of Verduno and can be considered the real Grand Cru of this municipality and the most appropriate example of the elegance that is the hallmark of the best Barolo of this area. The vineyard is located about 300 m/ sl on a natural amphitheater facing west. The soil is of marly origin, rich in clay and limestone that give the grapes great aromatic qualities and complexity. Nebbiolo grapes are harvested completely by hand in order to preserve their organoleptic characteristics. Once in the cellar the must ferments in stainless steel barrels and finishes the aging process after at least 2 years in large oak and chestnut barrels. In the glass it has a garnet red color with orange reflections. The scent is broad, ethereal, persistent and the fragrance of flowers and fruits is blended with hints of spices and essences. The taste is dry, full, robust, austere but velvety, harmonious and very persistent. It is a wine already ready to be drunk, but with the passing of time it can provide an extraordinary evolution in terms of tasting, going to enhance even more spicy sensations. Marquis of Villamarina DOC. To the eye it appears of a decisive ruby red color with elegant purple streaks, it is surrounded by broad and intense aromas, defined by notes of cherry and black currant, tobacco and spices. The mouthfeel, rhythmic and silky, has a specific weight and structure that the good acidity keeps in formidable balance in the finish is warm and seductive, with a very long persistence. Excellent with game, roast meat, stewed red meat and aged cheese. Wine farmer is what describes Enzo Alessandria best and, moreover, precisely. Enzo operates the Santa Maria vineyard, located in La Morra municipality. It is just over 3 ha in total where the grape varieties Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo are planted. The vinification is very true to the traditional style, and the wines from here also store really well. Dolcetto and Barbera Patarine are stored on steel tanks and the slightly finer Barbera Superiore is stored on Tonneaux, as is Langhe Nebbiolo.
