The nefarious Ratigan (voiced by the marvelous Vincent Price) has a fantastic villain monologue at the beginning of the third act of The Great Mouse Detective. Seen at the 52:39 mark of the film, this is a spectacular hand-painted original production cel of Basil of Baker Street's nemesis Ratigan. Based on Sherlock Holmes' Professor Moriarty, Ratigan is featured here in a large and characteristic pose that is as good an image of the ruthless villain as we have ever seen. Measuring an intimidating 13" x 10" on the 16 field cel, Ratigan comes with an official Walt Disney seal and copyright stamp in the upper left corner.
